Don't be a Victim
You are out trying to find a business address for an appointment with a new client. You find the street and start looking for the correct building. It is almost noon on a bright sunny day. You can’t find a parking space very close to the building, but you are willing to walk the half block to get to the appointment with your client.
What you don’t realize is that you have been watched the entire time by someone who sees that it is obvious that you don’t know the area and that you are in a vulnerable situation. The person watching also realizes that since you are in a Mercedes and dressed to the nines, you probably have some cash or credit cards on you.
You walk to the front door of the office building, only to find it locked. You start knocking – loudly – but there is no answer.
